ACCOUNT
Create an account
Open the account creation page in the VPNVR user panel. Set a username and password; no email address is required, so there is no email confirmation to wait for. Use the username for future logins, and choose a password that you do not reuse elsewhere. Submit the form when finished. If the page says the username is already taken, choose an easy-to-recognize name that does not contain personal information.
After the account is created, the page opens the user panel. The account is ready to use, but it does not yet have an active subscription to import. Do not look for subscription details in the browser address bar or copy shared configurations from pages outside this site. Next, open the plans section in the panel so the subscription status is linked to your chosen data plan.
If you already have a VPNVR account, use the login link in the top navigation instead of creating another account. After signing in, confirm that the page shows your own account overview before choosing a plan. This prevents an order from being placed under a different account in another browser session.
Start FreePLAN
Choose a plan and complete checkout
On the plans page in the user panel, first choose between a monthly subscription and a data package. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Choose based on your usual traffic pattern rather than the type of client you use.
A monthly subscription is easier to manage when you use the service consistently and your monthly needs are fairly stable. If your usage is irregular and you want unused data to remain available, consider a data package. All plans work on an unlimited number of devices, but multiple simultaneous connections share the account’s data allowance. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days, so confirm the current plan name and data allowance before submitting.
After confirming your plan, follow the on-page instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the user panel. Do not rely only on the payment page to determine whether the subscription is ready; check the plan status in the account overview. If the status has not updated, refresh the overview first instead of submitting the same order again.
VPNVR offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you want to compare all prices, data rules, and plan differences in one place before paying, open the separate pricing page first, then return to the user panel to choose a plan.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get a subscription in the user panelImport the subscription
Once the plan status is active, return to the account overview in the user panel. Subscription details, including the current plan, remaining data, and active status, are usually shown in the same area. Find the copy-subscription or client-import option, confirm that the page shows the current account, and copy the complete link. A subscription link is a credential that lets the client retrieve route settings, so do not share it in public chats, screenshots, or articles.
The real link is provided for each account through the user panel, so this guide does not display a usable subscription address. When the format needs to be explained, use only an invalid example such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. Do not paste this example into a client; it only shows that a link is usually one continuous string and must be copied in full from beginning to end.
Some clients can open automatically after you click the import button in the panel; others require you to copy the link first and paste it into the app. Either way, obtain the subscription from the VPNVR user panel. The client download entry is also in the panel’s download area. This page does not provide direct links to static installers, helping you avoid choosing the wrong system type or download source.
You can keep the user panel open temporarily after copying, since the link may need to be copied again during the first import. If the client reports an invalid link format, return to the panel and copy it again. Do not remove parameters, add spaces, or edit characters yourself. Once the link is confirmed complete, continue with the platform-specific steps.
Open the Account OverviewCLIENT
Import the subscription on each platform
Choose your current operating system in the client download area of the user panel. Install and open the VPNVR client, then find the subscription option for your platform. A successful import is not simply a successful paste: the client must refresh and display a list of regions and routes. Once the list appears, leave advanced options unchanged and use the defaults for your first connection.
Windows
In the Windows client, find subscription management or the import-from-link option on the main screen. Click Add, paste the complete subscription link copied from the user panel into the address field, give the subscription a recognizable name, save it, and refresh. Return to the routes page to see the available regions.
If the list is empty after saving, first check whether the client actually performed an update rather than merely creating an empty subscription entry. Reopen subscription management, select the item you just added, and refresh it. Once routes appear, keep the client running and continue to connection verification.
macOS
After opening the macOS client, enter configuration management from the main window or menu bar icon. Choose Add via URL, Remote Configuration, or subscription import, paste the complete link from the panel, and save it. If macOS asks for permission to add a network configuration, confirm that the action comes from the newly installed client, then follow the system prompt.
After importing, refresh the subscription from the client menu and choose a route. A macOS client may continue running in the menu bar after its window is closed, so check the menu bar status rather than assuming it has exited because the window disappeared. During first use, keep the client in the foreground so you can monitor the connection state.
Android
On the Android client home screen, open the configuration or subscription page and choose Import from Clipboard, Add via Link, or Create Remote Subscription. Paste and save the link, then return to the configuration list and update it. When connecting for the first time, Android displays a VPN connection authorization prompt. Confirm that the app name is correct, then allow the connection.
If the connection stops soon after switching to another app, check the system settings for background activity and battery optimization for the client. Menu names vary by device manufacturer, but the relevant options are usually under the app’s battery or background activity settings. Allow the client to keep running while connected; there is no need to change unrelated system settings.
iOS
Use the user panel to find the client download and import entry for iOS. In the client, open the configuration, subscription, or remote resources page and choose Add Link. Paste the subscription address copied from the account overview. Save it, return to the configuration list, update it, and choose the route you want to use.
When connecting for the first time, iOS asks to add a VPN configuration. Complete the authorization in the system dialog, return to the client, and confirm that the connection switch is enabled. If other network configurations already exist in system settings, leave only the connection being tested enabled during initial verification so you can identify which one is active.
VERIFY
Connect to a route and verify it
Once the client displays the route list, choose a region at a suitable distance from your destination and click Connect. You do not need to try every route during first use, and you should not change the protocol, system proxy, and routing rules at the same time. Complete one verifiable connection with the default settings first; you can adjust them later when a specific need arises, making troubleshooting clearer.
After the client shows Connected, open VPNVR’s network-check page and review the current exit IP and region. This verifies the actual exit used for external traffic, not merely the appearance of the client button. If the exit region matches the selected route, browser traffic is passing through that route as expected. You can then open the service you need and confirm that the page loads and the account login work normally.
If the client says it is connected but the exit IP has not changed, fully quit and reopen the browser, then check the client’s current operating mode. Some clients proxy only selected apps; if the browser is outside that scope, the client can be connected while the web traffic does not use the route. After adjusting the setting, open the network-check page again instead of relying only on the region shown in search results.
After verification, switching routes in daily use only requires disconnecting the current connection, choosing a new region, and reconnecting in the client. If a page fails to load after changing networks, disconnect and reconnect first so the client can establish the path again. More systematic DNS, packet-loss, and peak-hour troubleshooting is covered in the protocol reference.
Check the Current NetworkCHECKS
Common checks in order
When something goes wrong, check account status, subscription refresh, route selection, and exit verification in that order. This is usually more effective than repeatedly reinstalling the client. First confirm that the plan in the user panel is still active and that account data is available. Then open subscription management in the client, manually refresh the current subscription, and make sure the route list is not an old cache.
If only one route fails to connect, switch to another route in the same region and test again. VPNVR covers 110+ countries / 230+ routes, and switching routes can be done from the client’s existing list; there is no need to create another account or buy a plan again. If every route fails, check whether the current network allows ordinary web access and whether the client has the system permissions required for network configuration.
If a route connects but the target service behaves unexpectedly, first use the network-check page to confirm the exit region. Then determine whether the issue comes from region selection, browser cache, or the target service’s own account rules. Do not change the client, route, and system settings all at once, or it will be difficult to identify which change made a difference.
When submitting an issue, open the support ticket area from the user panel and include the platform, the status shown by the client, the selected region, and the exit-check result. A subscription link is an account credential and should not be included in the issue description. A clear reproduction sequence is more useful for locating the connection step than simply writing “it doesn’t work.”
